Estates Consultation: Carluke
Results updated 14 Mar 2024
The Scottish Police Authority has approved plans to dispose of Carluke police station in South Lanarkshire following public consultation.
Due to extensive water damage, Carluke was last fully used as an operational station three years ago. Local community officers have been deploying from Lanark police station which is just over five miles away, which is the main response hub for the area and nearest public counter.
The building will be marketed for sale in due course.
Our officers will continue to be visible and accessible, and the Carluke community will continue to receive the same high level of service from officers based in Lanark.
