Childcare Provision - School Closures impacting on Childcare

Overview

This is an internal survey, inviting staff and officers to share valuable insight on the impact of school closures on your household.  Your feedback will help us better understand the impact of school and nursery closures.  These insights will assist to support the organisation to be able to make urgent representations with the aim of securing the childcare you need.

The survey is only open for one week to ensure we can support and address challenges quickly in these unprecedented times for colleagues across the organisation.

Your personal data will not be shared with any external organisations however the figures will be used to make approaches to our partner organisations.

Providing your PSI number is a requirement.  We will need to identify duplications and to potentially contact you for further information or to provide support.
