I think Police Scotland have got the balance right. Modern Crime is more and more online and technologically based, and I believe Police Scotland should target their resources greatly in these areas.

Front Line Policing and Visible Policing is so vital to deter and detect crime, and build a rapport with the public.

I think it is crucial that Police Scotland have the right training, equipment and supervision to serve an increasingly diverse and mixed population.

I think it is imperative that the Police have a tailored strategy which is capable of retaining the confidence and trust of the general public, and that there is the right balance of ethnic mix in their ranks, so as to be able to police professionally and successfully multi cultural areas of Glasgow like Pollokshields and Govanhill for example.
