There should be a much bigger increase in officer numbers to meet demand. Losing experience is never good. BRAIN DRAIN.

Not if your cutting numbers. If anything goes demand goes up. Cutting numbers doesn't mean efficiency mean cuts to service and therefore a reduce delivery of service. Cuts indeed have consequence. More work for less staff means more staff going off sick with stress. And a moral that pretty much would never get off rock bottom
