You are just using buzz words. What we need are real police on the beat tackling criminal activity not fancy bluff words. Plain simple way forward. Give us more police with the best equipment money can buy good back office support and IT

You need our consent to police so how about taking the victims views and thoughts into account rather than focusing on the criminal and their rights

It depends. You need to employ the right people. Not the we need to have X amount of this type or X amount fir this ethnic background etc. The right people for the right job. You can't continue to expect officers to do 10 people's jobs and do things efficiently to the best of their ability when the wheels are coming off the bus. Be realistic in what you as an organisation can achieve

Get more police on the steeets. Get better equipment for them. Stop bending to politicians and stand up for the officers on the front line. Get their morale back. Instead of constantly taking from them try giving a bit back. A happy workforce is a hard working workforce. Put yourself in their shoes.
