Police seem to be diverted away from policing in the community to multi agency requirements, which is usually a buerucratic exercise for measurement which produces a false conclusion to justify more money being asked for and spent on infrastructure rather than being focused on community structures.

Members of the public should have a say in anyone being elected to police scotland or police boards, this may produce better accountability in future.

We would welcome any views you have.
The main issue for myself is political interference, we see what happens when politicions become involved for party political reasons, the OBA is a prime example of legislation which was and is unnecessary an puitive.
