I would like to see greater detail on how police will create capacity to focus on prevention as model is very demand led presently.

We would welcome any views you have.
The strategy refers to generations within the workforce and maximising skills and knowledge. Also important to consider potential challenges faced more widely of ageing population which is likely to see far greater inter generational co-habitation and financial reliance on relatives. A really good strategy with a positive direction of travel mapped out for the organisation.
