Yes. But massively optimistic re future developments. Tinescales already look riduculous.

Please tell us why you think these are the right or wrong areas of focus?
Immediate conflict re the need to support specialist and partic online and child prot enquiries, nat security, vs idealistic offering re beat patrols, partnership patrols/hubs etc. Absense of recogition that response is on its knees, and ten years minus an initial 400 cops, plus surely the same again and more by 2026, could break the front line.

Please tell us why you think this is the right or wrong approach?
Anyone who recalls i6 will worry for PC Robinson's tech. The methods are an idealistic wish list.

Taking the recurring principle within the document, a shared performance assessment with local authorities, linked to SOAs, would make even more sense.

Ability to train, educate and recruit surely optimistic. The tech is key. And that is far from good news.

Stinker of a question, and clearly loaded. Yes, presented clearly. Yet I don't understand how most will be achieved.

Other views

7. We would welcome any additional views you have on our strategy and how it will affect you, or any other person.

We would welcome any views you have.
1. There must surely be recognition of matters police will no longer undertake. The list just gets longer, whilst the resources contract. 2. Please define front line/operational. Very sorry, you can say it as often as you like, but your control room is not front line. We need honesty.
