We would welcome any views you have.
Consultations, such as this one, are far too wordy.. A section should be included which would allow for specific points to be made without having to hunt through the whole palaver

This may not be the right place for this. but: IMPROVE THE 101 SERVICE. I called on Thursday 13th April to speak to a specific sergeant in Dumfries, and asked for him. I was then subject to an interrogation.. First my name & address - then about what was I calling? I replied Redacted textI then had to explain that Redacted text- then explain who we are and what we try to do. I was then asked what Redacted text. By this time I was feeling that I was being treated like a piece of misbehaving software, and I pointed out that I am a human being. Wow! That worked, and I was, at long last, put through to Dumfries, and had a most useful talk with the Sergeant. But I should not have been subject to that ridiculous cross examination in order to be connected to Dumfries. Use 101 again? Most unlikely [and I do realise that you don't want me cluttering up 999].
