Protection 1. Protecting vulnerable people may be priority because they are protected from being harmed or risky. Knowledge 4. I think this should be placed number 3 because they services could be made improvements just after harm and crime issues. Communities 3. I think this should be moved to number 4.

Bear in mind that there could be a deaf staff member, or members, whose preferred language, BSL. They progress their career and do their duties through BSL. It would be advantageous for the policing diversity and equality.

Actually, it is unsure I want to click. I think there are lots of information in plain English in the strategy. This might be difficult for BSL users. They may be understandable the strategy translated in BSL.
