Please tell us why you think this is the right or wrong approach?
Since Police Scotland was formed there has been a dramatic cut in support staff roles, this has resulted in a Police Officers having to take on these posts. A drop in officer numbers will definitely impact services and frontline Policing.

It doesn't set out how these changes will impact the public. Police Scotland have failed to listen to the public and their dissatisfaction at the changes there has been, particularly with the merger of control rooms.

Other views

7. We would welcome any additional views you have on our strategy and how it will affect you, or any other person.

We would welcome any views you have.
There needs to be a shift from the one size fits all attitude that has come in since Police Scotland was formed. West of Scotland (Strathclyde) model is not something that the rat of Scotland wants.
