It's all very well coming out with the strategy but there is no money and until Police a Scotland realise it's not a business but a public concern it won't get any better.too many chiefs ,not enough indians springs to mind.having got rid of civilian staff who knew their jobs inside out and cost less they still haven't learned their lesson

I do,but you will have to work very hard to gain that confidence back as contrary to what you may think the public has no confidence or faith in Police Scotland.

We would welcome any views you have.
As a member of the public and one who lives in an area of fairly high crime etc it will be interesting to see how this is managed.As an employee of Police Scotland I wait with bated breath to see how this will affect me and my future with the organisation
